Private Yoga Sessions


Private Yoga Sessions are designed to address what the student would like to focus on for each class. The focus can change from week to week or build towards a particular goal. The 60 minute sessions can include any of the following: yoga breathing (pranayama), yoga poses (asana), meditation, and relaxation (savasana).
