The Yoga for Equestrians & Friends Video Series is a complete package of videos for riders and non-riders alike. Each video has a specific focus to help release tightness and tension, create strength, improve flexibility, foster balance, focus on the breath and more.
If you notice that you are tight in the hips, chose the Hip Mobility video. If you are carrying tightness and tension in the neck & shoulders, select the video for Neck & Shoulder Releases. If you instructor mentions that you need more stability in the saddle, try the video for Core Strength and/or Hip Stability.
This Video Series will help you really begin to listen to your body and to pay attention to what your body really needs each day!
Each of these videos has 5 main poses that focus on the topic of each video. They are linked with transition poses, making each video a complete practice. The videos range in length from 10-25 minutes.
The first video--Yoga Breathing/Pranayama--is a great practice any time you feel you need to destress. The Hands & Feet and the Warm-Up & Cool Down videos can be added to any other videos for a longer practice.
