Strength & Flexibility Yoga for Equestrians (Livestream)

This yoga class focuses on postures / asanas that will help equestrians develop strength, flexibility, balance, agility and focus. Breath work / Pranayama will also be emphasized. Suitable for all levels of yogis and equestrians.
