Private Yoga Sessions--3 Class Package

3--60 minute Private Yoga Sessions with Gina. Sessions can be in-person if you are located in St. Mary's County, MD or through Zoom if you are not local. Each session will be tailored to your specific requests and can be any combination of breath work, yoga, movement modalities, meditation and relaxation.
